In accordance with the provisions of the General Framework for the Prevention of Corruption, approved as an annex to Decree-Law No. 109-E/2021 of 9 December, this section is intended to provide access to the internal instruments adopted by JMD in the context of the prevention, detection and response to risks of corruption and related offences.
